STOP OVER BECOMES A SHOW STOPPER

Fr. Klement Vaclaz SDB, General Councilor for Salesian Missions, made a whilrwind tour in the province of Tiruchy from 27-28 Aug 2010. He visited the formation houses, met the formees and motivated them to become missionaries. Towards the fag end of his stay he visited Don Bosco MEDIA, Trichy, to see the activities done by the community. He got so interested in the activities done by the confreres that he spent more than an hour in the premises of the community. He visited the studios and facilities available at Don Bosco MEDIA and expressed admiration for the work the community is doing for the welfare of the poor youngsters. He was also impressed by the quality of the products. He also visited Vazhikatti and appreciated its work for empowering the youth by helping them to find a career. The short stop became a long stop, but no complaints but only words of encouragement and appreciation.
